POSTING
Posting starts with creating a thread. To create a thread, go to a board and click the new thread button. Choose a title you like and start typing. You can use any kind of formatting you want, just as long as it is easy to read and the images don't stretch the board. As far as the length goes, this is an intermediate to advanced roleplay. Posting length needs to be 300 words minimum, with no maximum cap limit. Really, 300 words is not a lot to ask. If it helps, explain the surroundings of the character and how they feel about it. Descriptions make more than half the post! Also, there are plenty of dictionaries online, so improper grammar is no excuse here. I understand that some cannot spell as well as others, but as long as you have a dictionary, or spell check, you should be fine. After you are done with your post, just hit create thread or post, and voila! Happy rp'ing!
GODS/PERFECTS
First, Gods. They are characters that think they can control others. When you are roleplaying with somebody, they are in charge of their character, just as you are in charge of yours. You cannot control another persons character just because you want your attack to devastate. But, can they just dodge every time? No! They would be perfect. Perfects are those who think their character is invincible and speedy. This is not a superhero roleplay, where you character can do anything. This is based on a game, where everyone gets hurt once in a while. So, in roleplaying, do not dodge every attack. You need to receive just as much damage as you give with another another player. It really doesn't matter with monsters, but it does with your fellow roleplayers. So, to wrap it up, do not control other players and do not act like your character is perfect in every way.
HAVE FUN!
This is the best rule of all. If you follow the above rule, everyone is sure to have fun. After all, this is what roleplaying is about. This is a place to pretend, imagine, and relax with friends. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Welcome to our friendly community!
